ビザ申請に関して Visa Information

2016年7月現在、日本国籍、日本パスポート所持者がブルネイに渡航する場合、観光目的に限り、14日以内のビザなし渡航が認められています。また日本国籍と同様いくつかの国籍の方も、観光目的の場合はビザなしでの渡航が認められていますが（下記の表をご参照ください）、最新の情報は、在日ブルネイ大使館へお問い合わせください。

観光目的以外の業務渡航、就労、赴任などは、基本的にすべての国籍の方で事前のビザ取得が必要です。

規定は予告なしに変更される場合もあります。観光以外の渡航の場合には、事前に在日ブルネイ大使館へお問い合わせをすることをお勧めいたします。

All foreign nationals entering Brunei Darussalam must have visas obtainable from any Brunei Darussalam diplomatic missions abroad except the following countries with whom Brunei Darussalam has visa arrangements.

Japan nationals are exempted from the requirement for social visits visa up to 14 days. However, visa is required if Japan nationals intend to stay in Brunei Darussalam longer than 14 days (for visa application please refer to section on Visitor Visa Requirements). Employment visa is also required for Japan nationals who intend to work in Brunei Darussalam (Please refer to section on Working in Brunei).

ビザなしで入国する際の必要要件 Prerequisite Entry Requirement

·       有効な旅券を所持し、かつ、ブルネイ入国時に旅券の有効期限が、６か月以上ある事。また、余白ページが２ページ以上ある事（見開き、または続きでなくても可）。

·       予約済みの往復航空券を所持している事。

·       The applicants should have a valid passport/travel document recognised by the Brunei Director of Immigration and National Registration. The passport must have a validity of more than 6 months and more than 2 blank pagesbefore entering the country.

·       The applicant must have a confirmed return air ticket.

 

ビザ申請（観光目的）必要要件 Visitor (Tourist) Visa Requirements

·       パスポート現物 （ブルネイ入国時に旅券の有効期限が６か月以上ある事。また、余白ページが２ページ以上ある事）

·       申請書1通 （上記リンクからダウンロードできます）

·       写真1枚 （パスポートサイズ、申請書に貼り付け）

·       予約済往復航空券 （Open 不可）

·       申請者からの英文カバリングレター、及びブルネイ現地からの招聘状等 （入国目的による）

·       申請料 （日本円のみ受け付け。固定金額は20ブルネイドル、申請時の大使館レートにより日本円に換算した額を支払う）

·       Original Passport of applicant (The passport must have a validity of more than 6 months and more than 2 blank pages before entering the country.);

·       One (1) Application form (Download the form above, 28.2MB);

·       One (1) recent passport size photograph;

·       Copy of confirmed air ticket or e-ticket receipt (Open ticket is not accepted);

·       Covering letter from the applicant and invitation/guarantee letter from Brunei;

·       Payment fee of BND$20 for single entry for each applicant. (Payable in Japanese yen based on the Brunei Government current exchange rate);

ビザ発給までには通常3日程度かかります。

ビザ申請書の提出、受け取りは、本人の他、代理人、または旅行会社を通しても行う事が可能です。

Completed applications can either be presented to the Embassy of Brunei Darussalam in person or by a representative.

 

ブルネイへの業務渡航・赴任に関して Working in Brunei

ブルネイへ業務で渡航される方、また転勤等で赴任される方は、入国前にビザを取得することが必要です。まず初めに、ブルネイ現地のコンタクトされている会社から、ブルネイ現地のイミグレーション（出入国管理局）にビザ申請を行ってもらいます。

ビザ発給の許可が下りましたら、下記必要書類を揃え大使館でビザ証印を受けに来館してください（事前にお電話によるアポイントが必要です）。

Every foreigner who intends to work in Brunei Darussalam must have a valid Employment Visa authorised by the Department of Immigration and National Registration and is issued at the Brunei Embassy.

Malaysian and Singaporean are exempted from employment visa

在日ブルネイ大使館で申請を受け付けてから、発給までには通常3日程度かかります。ブルネイ現地のイミグレーションでの手続きに必要な書類、また所要日数に関しては、現地の会社から現地イミグレーションへご確認ください。

To apply this visa, the employer is required to lodge the visa application personally directly to the work pass section of the department

 

ブルネイ留学 Studying in Brunei

ブルネイへ留学される方は、入国前にビザを取得することが必要です。まず初めに、ブルネイ現地の留学が決まっている学校から、ブルネイ現地のイミグレーション（出入国管理局）にビザ申請を行ってもらいます。

ブルネイ現地のイミグレーション（出入国管理局）が発行したレターがお手元に届きましたら、内容をよく確認し、ご不明な点を含め当大使館宛ビザ発給手続き及び入国手続きに関して、確認を取っていただく事をお勧めいたします。

Universiti Brunei Darussalam and other tertiary school offers overseas students the chance to study. However to study in Brunei you need to apply for a Student Visa.

Prerequisite Entry Requirement

·       A student should have a valid passport/travel document recognised by the Brunei Director of Immigration and National Registration.

·       The passport must have a validity of more than 6 months before entering the country.

·       An introductory letter from the Ministry of Education

Student Visa Requirements

·       One (1) recent passport size photograph;

·       Introductory letter from the Brunei Ministry of Education and recommendation letter from the school in Japan;

·       Payment fee of BND15 for each applicant. (Payable in Japanese yen based on the Brunei Government current exchange rate);
